Dream Dance to Undergo Major Renovation

Transformation means temporary closure of Potawatomi's signature restaurant

MILWAUKEE (June 7, 2019) – With the goal of making the best even better, the award-winning Dream Dance Steak at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino will undergo a major renovation starting next week.

The changes, which include a larger bar area and a complete re-design of the dining areas, are being done to create a look and feel best described as a modern take on a traditional steakhouse. Due to the renovations, Dream Dance will close June 9 and re-open in the fall.

When the re-imagined restaurant welcomes guests back under the name Dream Dance Steakhouse, they will see new designs; from the front door, through an archway filled with wine bottles, and into a re-imagined seating area. What guests won’t see is an overhaul of the menu. Dream Dance Steakhouse will still be the place to go for great steaks and seafood.

“We are not going to change when it comes to quality,” Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Director of Food and Beverage Don Sally said. “We’ll still be offering personalized service, the finest in menu selection and a superb wine list set in an elevated steakhouse environment.”
