Deep River Partners’ Taylor Korslin Awarded 2025 Booth Traveling Fellowship
Milwaukee, WI (September 4, 2025) – Deep River Partners, Ltd. proudly announces that Taylor Korslin has been selected as the University of Michigan’s 2025 Booth Traveling Fellow. This prestigious fellowship, awarded annually since 1923, supports innovative research and travel for distinguished graduates of the University’s Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning.
“I am honored to receive the Booth Traveling Fellowship and grateful to The University of Michigan, Taubman College, and Deep River Partners for their support,” said Korslin. “I look forward to sharing insights on how cities can transform and evolve from within their historical core. The study will culminate in documentation and a report that aims to contribute to the global conversation of how cities can sustainably and creatively adapt with human-centered urban design.”
Korslin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, School of Architecture and Urban Planning, where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree. He then advanced his studies at the University of Michigan, obtaining a Master of Architecture degree. Beyond his professional endeavors, Korslin is deeply involved in his community. He serves as a Board Member of the Downtown Neighbors Association; a Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee; and a Volunteer with Rethink 794, an initiative advocating for the transformation of an underutilized freeway in Milwaukee. His renderings for Rethink 794 have been featured in over 20 local and national publications.
