COVID-19 vaccination clinic and meal giveaway to occur June 23
On Wednesday, June 23 from 4 – 6 p.m. a COVID-19 vaccination clinic and meal giveaway will occur at Greater Mt. Sinai Church, 5384 N. 60th Street. The event is a partnership between Greater Mt. Sinai Church of God in Christ, United Health Care Community Plan and Hayat Pharmacy. Free meals will be available for participants after receiving their COVID-19 vaccine. The food distribution is sponsored by GMS Home & Foreign Mission.
Vaccinations are free of charge and no health insurance is required. Same-day transportation to the event is also available. To schedule a ride, Wisconsin Medicaid members may call MTM, Inc. at (866) 907-1493. The event will also include a free entry for a raffle giveaway, and a free 2nd dose gift card.
