MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele released the following statement Monday afternoon on the new County Board Chair:

“Congratulations to Supervisor Theo Lipscomb on being elected as the new Chair of the Milwaukee County Board. Your leadership will significantly impact the County’s future and I look forward to working with you and the rest of the Board as we continue to improve services and bolster the sustainability of Milwaukee County.

I wish Supervisor Dimitrijevic well in her new role with the Working Families Party and look forward to continuing to work with her as a Supervisor.”
