ABJ Holdings LLC purchased N96 W17695 Riversbend Circle, a 9,100 SF office building, located in Germantown, WI for $756,000. Joe Carollo and Brett Deter represented the Seller, Batemor Productions.

Tom Hagedorn and Nick Tice, CCIM represented 108th & National, LLC in leasing 2,013 SF to Fabu Eyes at 2749 S. 108th St., West Allis.
Matthew Beadle, Tom Treder, CCIM, and Nick Tice, CCIM represented Continental 164 Fund LLC in selling 0.6074 Acres of Vacant Land to Cousins Subs at Burleigh Square in Wauwatosa.
