Ted Stratman has joined Colliers as a Senior Vice President of the Midwest Multifamily Group. A 16-year multifamily investment broker, Stratman, has transacted over $850,000,000 of apartment and mixed-use properties over his career. He has represented a wide array of clients from private investors and family offices to debt funds and financial institutions.

In addition to his deep multi-family experience, Stratman brings a strong client first mentality to Colliers and aims to foster lasting and meaningful relationships with clients through his long-term mindset. He joins Sam Gauger in the Midwest Multifamily Group, servicing clients primarily throughout Wisconsin but also across the Midwest.

“We have been investing in our multi-family platform for the past several years and have strong momentum. Ted presented a rare opportunity to build on our multi-family experience and sophistication, while reinforcing our culture. He is a natural collaborator and brings a client first mentality. We have no doubt he will extend our reach, capabilities and momentum – we are thrilled to add him to the team,” said Lyle Landowski, President and CEO of Colliers | Wisconsin.

Ted is a graduate of Marquette University, where he studied Commercial Real Estate and Finance. Ted is an active member of Marquette’s Real Estate advisory board. Additionally, Ted is a member of the Vision for Tomorrow (VFT) Patient and Family Advisory Committee.
