Brewers Promote Jess Brown to Vice President – Ticket Technology and Booking

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers today announced the promotion of Jess Brown to vice president – ticket technology and booking. The announcement was made by Brewers Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Jason Hartlund.

Brown enters her 16th season with the Brewers with a background in ticketing and has built a 27-year career spanning the entertainment industry. Most recently, Brown served in the role of senior director – ticket services and technology, overseeing all aspects of the ticket office – including ticketing system administration, box office and call center operations, working with ticket sales on the execution of all ticket products and promotions, and the transition to digital ticketing for all events at American Family Field in Milwaukee and American Family Fields of Phoenix.

In her new role, Brown will continue the oversight of the ticket office and take on the additional responsibilities of securing large-scale non-baseball events and managing the ticketing operations associated with those events.

“We are very fortunate to have the wealth of expertise and leadership skills that Jess Brown brings to our organization,” Hartlund said. “She has worked closely with senior leadership over the last decade to grow the Brewers ticket strategies and sales while continually evolving the digital ticketing landscape. We are appreciative of her dedication and look forward to her contributions in her expanded role.”

Prior to joining the Brewers, Brown spent time in ticket operations and sales at notable entertainment companies such as Summerfest, Tickets.com, Wisconsin Center District, Frank Productions and Clear Channel Entertainment.
