The Brady Street Business Improvement District, BID#11, and NEWaukee will partner up to host the 3rd Annual Art Walk during Spring on Brady. The event takes place this Saturday, June 7th, 2014, from noon – 4 p.m.

More than 30 merchants up and down Brady Street will be hosting live artists who will be demonstrating everything from painting to sketching, throwing pottery and even puppy prints. “This is an excellent way to promote the local artistic talent while featuring our daytime businesses on Brady Street,” says Alaa Musa, Chair of the Brady Street BID Board.

Attendees can pick up a map and checklist of all the artists at participating businesses. With maps in hand, participants are then able to route their walk along Brady Street, stopping off to dine, drink and shop for some fantastic deals along the way. Sidewalk sales will be in full swing for the day, and there will be a large local art market at the corner of Brady Street and N. Warren Avenue. The walk ends at The Nomad World Pub (1401 E. Brady) where attendees can drop off their map and checklist to be entered into a drawing to win gifts donated from our local businesses. This is a free event.
