Brad Schimel Endorsed by Wisconsin’s Largest Farm Organization

WAUKESHA, Wisc. – Today, Judge Brad Schimel received the endorsement of Volunteers For Agriculture (VFA), the political action committee of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation – Wisconsin’s largest farm organization. The endorsement reflects the clear distinction between Judge Brad Schimel, a candidate serving all of Wisconsin, and Susan Crawford, a partisan serving a select group of liberal special interests.

“Farmers need an impartial judge who is committed to upholding the rule of law and applying Wisconsin’s agricultural statutes and Judge Schimel understands that the judiciary’s role is to interpret and apply the law as written,” said the VFA. “We firmly believe he is the right candidate to uphold fairness, constitutional integrity, and impartiality on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. Wisconsin farmers recognize Schimel’s leadership and believe he is the best candidate to serve on the State Supreme Court.”

“I am humbled to earn the support of farmers in every corner of our state,” said Schimel. “When Justices use our courts as a weapon to implement political agendas, the people of Wisconsin suffer. The people of Wisconsin deserve a Supreme Court that will be fair and impartial. This endorsement makes clear that there is only one candidate who will rule objectively and fairly for all of Wisconsin.”

The only candidate in this race focused on representing all of Wisconsin, Judge Schimel has the bipartisan support from farmers, first responders, and law enforcement. This stands in stark contrast to Susan Crawford, who is backed by out-of-state Democrat billionaires like George Soros and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, as well as the leftist majority of the current court.

Notably, this past fall, VFA endorsed Senator Tammy Baldwin and several Republican members of Wisconsin’s congressional delegation. VFA’s endorsement is yet another example of Judge Schimel’s bipartisan support across Wisconsin.
