The Village of Shorewood purchased 4057 N. Wilson Drive in Milwaukee, WI for $2,484,825. The 28,609 SF office building was formerly owned by Willcap Development Group LLC. Joe Carollo and Jeanine Sweeney represented the Seller on this transaction.
MNA Silver Spring LLC purchased 2615 W. Silver Spring Road in Milwaukee, WI for $470,000. Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the Seller, Mama Mia Italian Cuisine, Inc.
Big Fish Poke Bowl has leased 1,245 SF at 1800 E. North Avenue in Milwaukee, WI from RJ 1800 LLC. Hakan Hare and Patti Stevens represented the Tenant.
