Archbishop to Rename Archdiocesan Central Offices

The former sign, Archbishop Cousins Catholic Center, was taken down on Tuesday, March 19 at noon. The new name will be announced at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 22, with the installation of a temporary sign.

MILWAUKEE  ― The name of former Milwaukee Archbishop William E. Cousins was removed from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee central offices, as part of the local Catholic Church’s continuing response to the clergy sexual abuse of minors.
The former sign, Archbishop Cousins Catholic Center, was taken down on Tuesday, March 19 at noon. The new name will be announced at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 22, with the installation of a temporary sign. Archbishop Listecki will be present for the installation and will be available for individual interviews.
