Adams the Only Candidate to Support Bipartisan Mental Health Care Reform

MILWAUKEE – Dan Adams, candidate for the 19th Assembly District, is praising the passage of a bipartisan bill that will put medical professionals, not politicians, in charge of mental health care in Milwaukee County.
The bill was overwhelmingly approved in the Assembly this morning on a 99 to 1 vote and unanimously passed the State Senate last week.
Adams is the only candidate in the 19th Assembly District to support this measure.
“As someone who’s vowed to put public service ahead of politics, it’s refreshing to see this kind of broad based, common sense, bipartisan effort approved in Madison,” Adams said.
Adams is focusing on solutions and public service, not partisan finger pointing and politics. He’s dedicated to helping Milwaukee and Wisconsin foster a stronger economy while fighting for equality for all residents.
