A Decade of Collection Acquisitions will soon be on display
Celebrating the Cedarburg Art Museum’s 10th Anniversary
Cedarburg, Wis. – Over the past ten years, the Cedarburg Art Museum has become a vibrant cultural hub, showcasing an array of captivating exhibitions, hosting engaging educational programs, and providing a nurturing space for artists to flourish. We have seen firsthand the profound impact art can have on individuals, bringing joy, reflection, and a deeper connection to our shared humanity.
In celebration of its 10th anniversary, the Cedarburg Art Museum will be offering a series of both children’s and adult programming. A Children’s Program and Collection Conversation will be held every second Saturday, September 2023 through January 2024. Children’s Programs are scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. and Collection Conversations are scheduled for 2 to 3 p.m. Pre-registration is required at cedarburg-art-museum.square.site.

- January 13, 2024: “Chris Olson Paints Cedarburg” with Ric Hartman
Help celebrate this momentous occasion at the 10th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, September 30 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the museum’s Outdoor Courtyard & Sculpture Garden featuring the Lakefront Brewery Tap House. The Celebration will include live music from Lou’s Jazz Express, a local food truck, a specialty cocktail, Lily’s Artist Playground Ribbon Cutting and Dedication, and cake cutting. Picnic table reservations to the 10th Anniversary Celebration are available for $30.00 per table at cedarburg-art-museum.square.site.
The museum is also excited to announce the launch of our “Fund the Future” campaign, coinciding with the celebration of the museum’s 10th anniversary. The “Fund the Future” campaign aims to secure vital resources to elevate the museum’s impact on art education, community engagement, and exhibition development. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in the lives of artists, art enthusiasts, and visitors who cherish the museum’s transformative experiences.
