Willie Hines, Jr. is a former alderman and head of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee.
He resigned his aldermanic seat to become HACM’s assistant director in 2014. He was appointed acting director in 2021 and became the permanent director in 2022. He retired in December 2024.
He formerly served as 15th district alderman and Milwaukee Common Council President.
