Like sweet tea and lemonade, DOC’S Commerce Smokehouse and Capitol Hustling will be taking you through a culinary and mixology experience of authentic Southern BBQ paired with classic Southern cocktails for the Inaugural Fall Cocktail Dinner.

The menu will be as follows:

Course One: Chrysanthemum Brandy Crusta paired with a Shrimp Boil and Cheddar Grits
Course Two: Smoked Bulleit Rye sazerac paired with smoked beef brisket and a fall vegetable succotash
Course Three: John Daly draft cocktail paired with hickory smoked chicken wings and blue cheese
Course Four: Bourbon milk punch paired with fried green tomatoes and a Cajun aioli
Course Five: Chickory Coffee paired with Medley Brothers’ Bourbon Pecan Pie
