Self care. It’s a buzz-y phrase that has inspired what feels like hundreds of listicles about getting good sleep, eating healthier and exercising regularly.
While all of these tactics can help in the short term, holistic self-care also demands taking key steps to strengthen your overall mental, financial, and professional wellness.
Join leaders from North Shore Bank, Concordia University Wisconsin, Advocate Aurora Health and more as we discuss ways you can take self care to the next level and improve your overall well-being for the future.
Light breakfast will be available while it lasts.
