Six-story apartment building built as the final phase of the Mandel Group‘s The North End development. Originally planned as part of The North End – Phase 4.
Designed by Engberg Anderson Architects.
Mandel successfully petitioned the city to change the name of the street segment the building is on from E. Lyon St. (404 E. Lyon St.) to N. Milwaukee St. as part of the project.
