Former Schlitz Brewery stock house in the Schlitz Park complex. The building is owned by Brewery Works Inc. Today it has been redeveloped into an office building.
In 2014 the Milwaukee Bucks moved to the building.
The building was extensively rehabbed following the demolition of the adjacent Schlitz Brew House.
In August of 2015, it was announced that Minacs Marketing Solutions would move into 18,000 square-feet in the building.
