The Mayer Building is a mixed-use building in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The building includes apartments, office space and a first-floor retail space. The building is owned by Pieper Properties.
Fifteen apartments were added in 2014.
A first-floor renovation occurred in 2013 for Prime Bar, but Prime Bar never opened.
