Commercial building on Bay View‘s main street being redeveloped into a mixed-use building by Scott Genke.

The building was home to the Bay View Compass until November of 2008. Technology firm Spreenkler was also located in the building for a period.

It was originally built as an automobile showroom.

Prior to the 2015 project that is converting the building into a combination of live-work and apartment units, Scott Genke proposed adding a number of floors to the building and adding up to 32 luxury apartments.
