Formerly a parking lot for the 700 Lofts project formed out of two triangular-shaped lots that wrap 555 N. James Lovell St. According to city records the lot contains 15 stalls.

The parking lot was owned by Bear Development, but acquired by Marquette University in 2015 for $725,000.

The odd lot shape comes from the former on-off ramp for the Marquette Interchange. That ramp was demolished as part of the mid-2000s rebuild.
