Coakley Brothers warehouse complex. The six-building complex dates back to 1911 according to city records.
Coakley installed an artistic water tower on the roof in 2017 from artist Tom Fruin. The company also initiated a $6 million renovation of the complex, led by The Kubala Washatko Architects.
