Three-building complex at the southwest corner of W. Pittsburgh Ave. and S. 2nd St. in Walker’s Point. The complex was acquired in 2015 by Cedarview Management. It was previously owned by Olson Real Estate.

Cedarview redeveloped it into a mixed-use complex of apartments and commercial space. It was briefly branded The Artistry during redevelopment.

Building one is a five-story building with 58,800 square-feet of space, built in 1890. Building two is a four-story building with 20,936 of space built in 1893. Building three is a 5,844 square-foot building with two floors, built in 1890. Data from city records.

The space in the interconnected buildings is leased out to a number of tenants. In the past Vital Source magazine (later Third Coast Digest) was a tenant.
