New Community Give-Back Opportunity and Giveaways Added to PULSE 2026 for August 29

MILWAUKEE, WI – PULSE, A Health & Wellness Fest for All, powered by Aurora Health Care and Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., brings a full day of workouts, community engagement opportunities, and activities for all experience levels to Henry Maier Festival Park on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Milwaukee’s largest FREE outdoor fitness and wellness event will also feature many giveaways designed to support attendees’ ongoing wellness journey, while connecting with local businesses and nonprofits.
Give-Backs – Through Aurora Health Care, PULSE will support the community with several initiatives:
- Hygiene/Wellness Kits benefiting United Way – Aurora Health Care volunteers will pack 1,300 personal care and teen mental wellness kits, benefitting United Way.
- Custom Hat Giveaway with Supply Donation to United Way – PULSE attendees are strongly encouraged to further expand community impact by donating eligible items – brand-new deodorant, period products, and baby wipes in their unopened, original packaging. Supply donations can be made at the United Way vehicle located inside the Mid-Gate. The first 300 attendees who bring eligible donation items will receive a voucher to customize a complimentary hat with patches at the Aurora Pavilion (while supplies last). Plus, the first 1,000 donors will receive a free Summerfest 2027 General Admission ticket. Donated supplies will benefit United Way’s Project Homeless Connect: Milwaukee.
Giveaways – Attendees are encouraged to come early and visit multiple partners as PULSE also offers several FREE giveaways:
- Attend the kickoff to PULSE at the Aurora Pavilion at 9:25 a.m. for a chance to win free items, including a $50 SpaFinder Gift Card and food gift cards valid for select vendors during PULSE.
- Participate in the F.E.A.R. MKE Walk/Run for a FREE event T-shirt and a Summerfest 2027 General Admission ticket (first 500 participants).
- Complimentary giveaway items available at the Aurora Pavilion throughout the event include yoga mats, exercise bands, sleep masks, cooling towels, and more, courtesy of Aurora Health Care, while supplies last.
- The first 1,000 guests will receive a complimentary tote, courtesy of Kaizen House of Athletics.
- First Generation Professionals of Milwaukee will give away prize packs in partnership with participating PULSE gyms starting at 11:45 a.m., including a one-month MOVE+RECOVER membership from Revival Boxing Fitness + Wellness, a five-class pack from FLIGHT – Stairmaster & Strength Group Fitness, a hair care basket, and more. - Throughout the day, surprise giveaways will take place at the Good Foods Cooking Stage. During Q&As hosted by Taste of Home’s Mark Hagen, attendees will have the chance to win $25 grocery gift cards, courtesy of Pick ‘n Save.
- Social Media – Follow PULSE on Instagram (@pulsehealthfest) and Facebook (PULSE – A Health & Wellness Fest For All) for opportunities to win exclusive prizes, including class packs from gym partners, restaurant gift cards, and more.
Expanded Food and Beverage Options and Free Samples – Attendees can refuel throughout the day with an expanded lineup of food and beverage offerings, including free samples and healthy meals.
Brands offering complimentary samples include Muscle Milk, Bubbl’r, Good Foods, Taste of Home, VitaJug Smoothies, Food Right, Original Protein Co., OAKBERRY Açaí, Dunkin’, Pick ‘N Save, and Gatorade Lower Sugar, the Official Functional Hydration Partner of PULSE.
Food and beverage vendors this year include Lakefront Festival Market with wraps, salads, and bowls, Baya Bar, Cousins Subs, Pete’s Pops, Sil’s Mini Donuts, and The Chai Company.
Connect with Community Organizations – More than 75 health, wellness and fitness vendors will participate in PULSE, including over 50 gyms and fitness clubs/studios, and more than 20 nonprofit and community organizations focused on community building, health resources, recreation, and arts and culture. Nonprofit organizations include the Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast, The Hive Wellness & Social, Hunger Task Force, Milwaukee Recreation, United Way, Wisconsin Adaptive Sports Association, YMCA and many more.
