MILWAUKEE (May 5, 2026) – The next generation of fashion designers will take center stage at “Fashion Framed,” the Mount Mary Student Fashion Show, this Friday, May 8.

The highly anticipated annual event is bigger than ever this year, featuring 120+ looks by 26 designers. The show will be set against a stunning audiovisual backdrop, with set, lighting and music design planned by Mount Mary fashion business students.

Highlights include collaborative projects with Wisconsin Sea Grant, Milwaukee Riverkeeper and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), using sustainable materials to eliminate micro-plastic environmental pollution. The Mount Mary Blue Angels basketball team will also make a guest appearance, modeling WNBA-inspired designs.

The show will feature winners of the annual Uniquely Yours contest, which challenges high school students to creatively “upcycle” materials into runway-ready garments. Fashion Framed will take place at 1, 5 and 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 8, in the Alumnae Dining Room of Bergstrom Hall on the Mount Mary campus. Tickets are still available at mtmary.edu/fashionshow
