Bonds re-elected president of Milwaukee Board of School Directors

MILWAUKEE (April 25, 2014) — Director Michael Bonds was elected Thursday evening by his colleagues as president of the Milwaukee Board of School Directors for the 2014-15 Board year.
The vote came during the annual organizational meeting of the elected Board, which governs Milwaukee Public Schools.
Bonds, who has served on the board since 2007, has served as president since the 2009-10 Board year.
Director Meagan Holman, who has served on the board since 2011, was elected vice president, a post she also held for the 2013-14 Board year.
