Over a dozen musicians are preparing for the start of the 2019/2020 chamber music series at Frankly Music. The new season begins with Mozart’s exuberant Flute Quartet and Schoenber’s rich arrangement of Johann Stauss’ “Emperor Waltz.” Special guest include clarinetist Todd Levy, flutist Sonora Slocum, and colleagues from the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. The evening culminates in Tchaikovsky’s buoyant “Souvenir de Florence” for strings.
