Catapult Real Estate Solutions purchased the Underwriter’s Exchange building located at 828 N Broadway Street in Downtown Milwaukee for $1,250,000. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Seller, Watercrest Investments LLC.

5300 N 33rd Street LLC purchased 5070 N 35th Street in Milwaukee, WI for $300,000  Bob Flood, Joe Carollo, and Brett Deter represented the Seller, Richard R. Pieper.

Cupertino Electric, Inc. leased 27,314 SF at 2901 Progress Road in Madison, WI  Paul McBride & Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, LCM Funds Real Estate LLC.

Retail

Jon Thoresen and Matthew Beadle represented AutoZone in purchasing 1.16 Acres at 875 US Hwy 12, in Baraboo.

Tom Bruss and Nick Tice represented Second Thing, LLC in selling the Former Gander Mountain Building at 6939 S. Riverwood Blvd., in Franklin.

Jay Blom and Tom Treder represented Ten Patels Delavan, LLC in leasing 1,065 sf to The Amish Kitchen and Black Bull Fireworks at Delavan Crossings (1741 E. Geneva St., Delavan).

Matthew Beadle and Tom Treder represented 9Round in leasing 1,980 sf at 1623 W. 20th Ave., in Oshkosh.

Tom Treder and Jon Thoresen represented EvCap Oak Creek, LLC in purchasing 1.95 Acres at 120 W. Town Square Way, in Oak Creek.

Tom Treder and Jon Thoresen represented EvCap Oak Creek, LLC in leasing 2,830 sf to MAC’s Macaroni and Cheese Shop at 120 W. Town Square Way, in Oak Creek. Hakan Hare represented the Tenant.

Tom Treder and Jon Thoresen represented EvCap Oak Creek, LLC in leasing 3,000 sf to Stanton Optical at 120 W. Town Square Way, in Oak Creek.

Tom Treder and Jon Thoresen represented EvCap Oak Creek, LLC in leasing 2,555 sf to Verizon at 120 W. Town Square Way, in Oak Creek.

Matthew Beadle and Ross Koepsel represented Domino’s in leasing 1,400 sf at Highland Ridge (385 Falls Rd.), in Grafton.
