February 14-15: All Messed Up

The annual randomized Milwaukee music showcase is back! Every year, All Messed Up pools together random Milwaukee musicians, giving musicians a chance to form a four-person band with random other members. Those bands will then write and perform a setlist across a two-day showcase taking place at Linneman’s Riverwest Inn. Guests will have the chance to hear tunes from bands like Pjork, Meat Confetti, Bannable Animals and more. Both nights will begin at 7 p.m. and admission is $5. For more information, visit the Linneman’s Riverwest Inn website.

For more information, visit the Saint Kate’s website.

February 15: Winter Break MKE

Mental health is important to keep in check during Wisconsin’s seemingly endless winters, and thankfully Winter Break MKE is here to help. This event aims to foster community connections, mental well-being and outdoor enjoyment all in one. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a number of outdoor winter sports, watch dog mushing, take a cold dip in the lake or simply hang out by a warm bonfire. The event will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Bradford Beach. For more information, including a complete list of activities, visit the Winter Break MKE website.

February 16: Dirty Dancing in Concert

For the first time ever, fans can experience the classic film Dirty Dancing in a live film-to-convert experience. As Dirty Dancing plays a full-size cinema screen, a live band and singers will perform the film’s iconic soundtrack. Afterwards, guests can dance and sing along to those songs at the afterparty. Dirty Dancing in Concert will run at the Marcus Performing Arts Center and will begin at 3 p.m.
