Article fails to explain why an amusement food gallery is called 3rd Street Market Hall when its address is on an alley between Wisconsin and Michigan Avenues between Plankinton and Second. We’re going down to check it out, but glad to see something new in the old Plankinton Bldg.
3rd Street Market Hall is not in the old Plankinton Arcade. It is in the “new” arcade built for The Grand Avenue, between 2nd Street and what was once 3rd Street. South of Wisconsin Avenue, it appears to still be 3rd Street. North of Wisconsin, it is now Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

It’s unclear why, after nearly a year, the website for 3rd Street Market Hall and even Google Maps doesn’t reflect the street name change.
