Are there any rendering of what the building will look like? I sure hope the activate the street level to make it more appealing. Currently Michigan Ave just seems like a glorified alley for Wisconsin Ave.

Thanx for the link Andy. I love the idea outdoor seating for a restaurant but I sure hope the city allows street parking along there to act as a buffer between the roaring traffic and the humans and also would think the parked cars would calm the traffic a bit.
Some of the rendering remind me of the new Potawatomi hotel.
