    it was good to see that but 1700 its a lot . this lotery should have made only for the PPL holders . should have made only for people in taxicab buisness.
    i wish the city will force the winners to drive or give the permit back to the city.
    its hurtfull when some drivers were on the road for 20 years didn’t get anythind.
    so DRIVE IT OR LEAVE IT .
