What is your job and its responsibilities?
I am an Art Coordinator  at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee and I am generally responsible for giving children the skills, tools and opportunity to discover the artist in them.  I help provide a safe and encouraging atmosphere for them to express themselves creatively through visual and performing Arts.

What makes Milwaukee a good place to live?
All of the “hidden gems;” there are a lot of venues that feature art, music and other entertainment that are like diamonds in the rough. There is always something waiting to be discovered.

How would you rate Milwaukee as a place to socialize and play?
Just like all cities, Milwaukee has its own unique style and social atmosphere.  There is so much to do and so much to see and for the most part the people here are good people, which makes the social life here that much better.

What strikes you as the most unique thing about Milwaukee?
There is a unique culture here in Milwaukee.  “Milwaukee Culture” seems to exhibit a little bit of flavor from all over the place, the east coast, the west coast and even the south and it does it with a flair that is distinctly Milwaukee.

What is your favorite Milwaukee event?
As I am a musician, I can’t really pinpoint just one but will say I enjoy all of the festivals, fairs and celebrations that Milwaukee offers.  There is so much diversity, culture and artistic energy in each one that it’s hard not to like them.

What is your favorite Milwaukee building?
I love the Milwaukee Art Museum! It’s a stunning building and there is something about the way the architecture looks against the background of Lake Michigan that is very pleasing to the eye.  Even at night the building is remarkably beautiful.
