Bring on the shorts!
Poodle trainers, the world’s best commercials and an especially hilarious Midnight show are just a few of the highlights from the incredible shorts programs featured throughout this year’s festival.
Beginning this weekend and continuing until the end of the festival, seven (count ’em) shorts programs will feature 90-minute films jam-packed with short films — romantic comedies, animated hilarity, environmental documentaries and suspenseful tales — that you won’t find anywhere else. (Well, maybe on the Internet, but nothing compares to the big screen.)
Anna Krutzik, Development Coordinator and Shorts Programmer at Milwaukee Film, shares her picks for must-see festival shorts.
