1801 Development Group LLC purchased 1801 W. Glendale Avenue in Milwaukee, WI for $1,390,000 from J.L.S. Holdings LLC. Joe Carollo and Jeanine Sweeney of RFP Commercial represented the Buyer on this transaction.

Woolworth Development Group LLC purchased 4837 & 5021 Woolworth Avenue in Milwaukee, WI for $935,000 from Burns-Woolworth LLC. Joe Carollo and Jeanine Sweeney of RFP Commercial represented the Buyer on this transaction.

DeLadurantey Law Group leased 1,393 SF at 330 S. Executive Drive in Milwaukee, WI. John Davis, Ned Purtell and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, Decade Properties.
