Skylight Music Theatre Announces Three New Members of Leadership Team

Hires fill three key roles at the non-profit performing arts organization.

Milwaukee, Wis. (February 5, 2016) – Jack R. Lemmon, executive director of Skylight Music Theatre, today announced three leadership and administrative hires for key roles at the non-profit performing arts organization.

Jim Moore has been named Director of Development. Moore’s background includes key development positions with the AIDS Resource Center of WI, IndependenceFirst, and the Wisconsin AIDS Fund. Previously, he worked in the hospitality industry, including management positions with the Delafield Hotel and Hotel Metro. Moore serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, after two years serving as its Treasurer.

Jim Bonin joins Skylight as Business Manager. Bonin has an extensive background in financial management, accounting, IT and operations. Most recently he served as a consultant advising business owners on accounting best practices, and previously worked in financial, sales and executive management positions with companies in the hospitality, health & fitness and engineering industries.

Megan Maikowski.

Megan Maikowski has been named Manager of Donor Engagement and Special Events. Maikowski was event services coordinator at Schauer Arts and Activities Center in Hartford, Wis. and previously interned in the development department at The Milwaukee Repertory Theater.  She has a BA in Arts Management and History from UW – Stevens Point.
