Zilli Hospitality Group Announces New Brookfield Headquarters and On-Site Event Venue

Milwaukee, WI, October 28, 2025 — Zilli Hospitality Group (ZHG), a leading full-service catering, special events and venue management company, is thrilled to announce plans for a new headquarters located at 3070 Gateway Rd in Brookfield. The 22,000-square-foot space, formerly an office furniture design facility, is undergoing a renovation and is scheduled to open for employees in Spring 2026.

MSI General, a design-build firm in Oconomowoc, will lead the project as the general contractor. The new headquarters will feature office and warehouse space, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, and an on-site venue estimated to open in 2026. ZHG will incorporate a warm and timeless design ideal for weddings, corporate events, and other social gatherings.

Strategically located in Brookfield right off the I-94 corridor, the new headquarters provides a modern, collaborative space for ZHG’s growing team, enabling the company to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience from booking to the big day.

Other ZHG venues include the Historic Pritzlaff Building, Greenhouse No. 7 at Mitchell Park Domes, Boerner Botanical Gardens, and Coast.
