WisGOP Congratulates Brittany Kinser!
MADISON, Wis. — Tonight, Brittany Kinser advanced to the general election on April 1, 2025. Brittany Kinser will face Jill Underly who as DPI Secretary has lowered test standards, failed to address failing schools, and pushed DEI over teaching kids math and reading.
“Brittany Kinser is the common-sense candidate for State Superintendent. Tonight, voters took a stand against the far-left policies of Jill Underly. They are fed up with liberal ideas being prioritized over their children. We look forward to building on this momentum as we head into the Spring General Election,” stated Chairman Brian Schimming.NOTE: This press release was submitted to Urban Milwaukee and was not written by an Urban Milwaukee writer. While it is believed to be reliable, Urban Milwaukee does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

The charter/voucher schools that Brittany Kinser supports and wants to expand have much lower standards than Wisconsin’s public schools. We need to stop giving Wisconsin taxpayer’s monies to church schools and honor the 1st. Amendment’s separation of church and state. Schools that are not parochial should have the same standards and funding levels as our public schools, including paying for transportation and paying for intramural sports from their budgets.
