MADISON, Wis. — The Republican Party of Wisconsin‘s Election Integrity Team is fully prepared for Election Day. Over 2,400 Election Observer shifts are already scheduled for the Spring General Election on April 1st, with more being added daily. This is a record for Republican Election Observers in a Spring General Election.

In addition, the Election Integrity team is collaborating with over 100 attorneys to address potential voting issues as they arise. The work of our election observers has already been noticed. Earlier this month, Republican election observers noticed students from UW-Madison’s campus attempting to influence voters by electioneering outside of polling places. Because of dedicated observers on the ground, we were able to halt these illegal actions immediately and encourage an investigation to reprimand the campus group leading the actions so that it does not continue to happen in the future.

“The Republican Party of Wisconsin is proud of our unprecedented election integrity efforts, including a record number of election observers for the Spring General Election. I want to thank our dedicated grassroots activists for their unwavering commitment to safeguarding our elections.” — WisGOP Chairman Brian Schimming
