Wisconsin Conservation Voters Endorses Judge Chris Taylor for Wisconsin Supreme Court
MADISON – Wisconsin Conservation Voters announced today its endorsement of Judge Chris Taylor for the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the 2026 spring election, citing the critical role the Court plays in protecting democracy, clean water, and constitutional rights.
Judge Taylor currently serves on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and previously served as a Dane County Circuit Court judge. Prior to her judicial service, she was in the Wisconsin State Assembly for nearly a decade, where she earned a reputation for bipartisan leadership. She also served as an attorney and policy director for Planned Parenthood.
“With pivotal elections for governor, attorney general, the Legislature, Congress, and the presidency on the horizon between now and 2030, maintaining a pro-democracy majority on the Court is essential,” Hoffmeister said. “Electing Judge Taylor ensures Wisconsin’s highest court will continue to defend fair elections, clean air and water, and the rights of all Wisconsinites.”
The 2026 Wisconsin Supreme Court election will be held on April 7.
