Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education Announces 2022 Administrator of the Year Award
(Stevens Point, WI) The Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education has announced the 2022 Administrator of the Year Award. This award recognizes ongoing support and active involvement in Environmental Education in their facility.
Lynn Anders is an Environmental Education Manager at the Urban Ecology Center in Milwaukee where she leads inclusive environmental education programming for students through summer camps, neighborhood programs, and school partnerships. She supports access to environmental education for thousands of urban students by supporting and empowering youth in exploration of natural resources through strategic school and community partnerships. Coworkers describe her as a positive force who brings values of learning and inclusion into all of her work. Anders’ ongoing commitment and enthusiasm for engaging Milwaukee’s youth in environmental education is a vital contribution to our field in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
