Wimmer Communities’ Senior Living Community Expansion is Now Leasing

HALES CORNERS, Wis., Oct.1^st, 2023 – Wimmer Communities’ Senior Living Community, Forest Ridge, has expanded and is now leasing and moving new residents into 122 premiere residences in Hales Corners, Wisconsin. Wimmer Communities introduced their first senior community in 1976, and Epoch North, the name of the expansion, has been more than two years in the making. Epoch North is the fourth addition to the Forest Ridge community.

The 761–1,296 square foot living spaces are ready to welcome residents home. Adorned with quartz island counters, an in-home washer/dryer, luxury built-ins, Kohler fixtures and much more, those looking for luxury, pre- and post-retirement living are sure to feel at home at Forest Ridge. The new addition includes common spaces for gathering, amenity areas and an outdoor event space.

Forest Ridge’s Epoch North will be open to the public for viewing and tours on Friday, October 13^th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Forest Ridge Senior Community is located at 11077 W.
