Westbound I-794 Exit Ramp at Milwaukee Street to Close for Two Weeks
I-794 Motorists Advised to Use Nearby Lincoln Memorial Drive Exit Ramp During Closure
The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works (DPW) announces that starting Monday March 12, the westbound I-794 exit ramp at Milwaukee Street will be closed for an estimated two weeks. Westbound I-794 motorists are advised to instead use the nearby Lincoln Memorial Drive exit ramp during the closure.
The intersection of Milwaukee and Clybourn Streets will also be closed during that period.
The closures are related to track construction for the initial route and lakefront line of The Milwaukee Streetcar.
