WBB Adds Transfer Guard Jordan Meulemans
De Pere, Wisconsin native spent three years at Butler
Marquette University women’s basketball head coach Cara Consuegra announced Jordan Meulemans as the newest member of the program on Thursday.
Meulemans played in 55 games for the Bulldogs with 34 starts, averaging 6.3 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game. She ranked fourth in the BIG EAST in 3-point percentage her sophomore season, shooting 42.4 percent from behind the arc.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jordan to the Marquette women’s basketball family,” Consuegra said. “She is a dynamic guard with great length and versatility who can play and guard multiple positions. Jordan has great experience playing in the Big East and will impact our team right away.”
The De Pere, Wisconsin native is the all-time leading scorer in De Pere women’s basketball history with 1,874 career points. Meulemans has the Redbird single season records of 725 points and 92 3-pointers.
Meulemans has two years of eligibility remaining.
