Washington County Sheriff Marty Schulteis Backs Stroebel for State Senate

Cedarburg – State Senator Duey Stroebel (R – Cedarburg) issued the following statement in response  to the endorsement from Washington County Sheriff Marty Schulteis in his bid for Wisconsin’s 8th Senate District:

“I am honored to have the support of Washington County Sheriff Marty Schulteis in this pivotal Senate race. With over 30 years of experience in the Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Schulteis is dedicated to serving his community and making Washington County one of the safest counties in the entire state. Sheriff Schulteis has been a strong leader in the Washington County community and he knows that, as your State Senator, I will always be an advocate for law enforcement in Madison.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of being able to work with Senator Duey Stroebel over the past few years and it is clear to me that he is the law and order candidate that the 8th Senate District needs representing them in Madison,” Schulteis said. “Having served in the Sheriff’s Office for over three decades, I’ve seen the challenges that our men and women in law enforcement face on a daily basis. Duey has always been a leader in Madison that we can count on to listen to our concerns and get results.”

Sheriff Schulteis joins the Milwaukee Police Association and Ozaukee County Sheriff Christy Knowles as the latest member of the local law enforcement community to announce their support for Duey Stroebel in this critical state senate race.

State Senator Duey Stroebel is running for the 8th Senate District, which includes the communities of Bayside, Brown Deer, Butler, Cedarburg, Fox Point, Germantown, Grafton, Lannon, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, Port Washington, River Hills, Thiensville, and Whitefish Bay.
