Wangard Partners continues to expand its property management services with three new employees strategically hired recently to enhance the level of service and amenities that our tenants and residents are in need of in order for their businesses and lifestyles to thrive. Our recently hired staff includes: Terry Ann Rogers (Waukesha) – Property Manager for the Preserve at Prairie Creek, Alexis Criscimagna (Milwaukee) – Property Manager for 1910 on Water and Avenir Apartments, and David Jackson (Pewaukee) – Building Engineer/HVAC Technician.

As Property Manager for the Preserve at Prairie Creek, Terry Ann Rogers brings over 20 years of residential property management to the 228-unit development. A third phase is anticipated to start-up later this fall as the first two phases are 100% occupied at this time. Terry is a licensed real estate salesperson and broker as well as an accredited residential manager.

Alexis Criscimagna, Property Manager for 1910 on Water and the Avenir Apartments, brings a community and communications background to managing the 68-units at 1910 and the 104 units at Avenir Apartments. Her connections to Newaukee, 88Nine Radio Milwaukee as well as surrounding neighborhood organizations will bring a higher level of residential relations to these developments. She has over five years of experience managing properties as well as has a Bachelor’s of Arts and Communications degree from UW-Milwaukee.

As Building Engineer and HVAC Technician, David Jackson is providing building maintenance services to Wangard Partners’ industrial and retail properties.
