Phoenix Investors purchased the 696,000 SF Mound Avenue Business Center at 1120 Mound Avenue in Racine, WI for $2,350,000. Joe Carollo and Scott Revolinski represented the Seller, Mound Avenue Associates LLC.
RET Property Development purchased 18,125 SF industrial facility located at 2033 W St Paul Avenue for $475,000 from 2033 Associates LLP. Hakan Hare and Paul McBride represented the Buyer in this transaction.
Kelly Lincoln LLC has purchased the 5,496 SF Wisconsin Humane Society Clinic at 9400 W Lincoln Avenue for $987,500 from 9400 Lincoln LLC. Scott Revolinski and Brett Deter represented the Buyer in this transaction.
The 45,300 SF single-tenant office building located at 1035 Kepler Drive in Green Bay, WI has sold for $3,280,000. Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the Seller, Bradley Associates.
La Causa, Inc. purchased the 32,040 SF facility at 5235 N Ironwood Road for $3,000,000. Joe Carollo and Jeanine Sweeney represented the Buyer, Ironwood 5235 Development Group LLC.
