Universities of Wisconsin President Jay Rothman issues statement on Gov. Evers’ 2025-27 capital budget proposal

MADISON, Wis.—Universities of Wisconsin President Jay Rothman issued this statement today on Gov. Evers’ 2025-27 capital budget proposal:

“Governor Evers’ UWs capital budget provides key funding necessary for building repairs and renovations as well as critical new projects that modernize classroom and research facilities. His proposal ensures Wisconsin is continuing to build opportunities for future generations of students.”
