Unions: We Remain Confident in Merits of Our Case

The unions representing the plaintiffs in the case to restore collective bargaining rights to Wisconsin public service workers have released this statement in response to the announcement regarding our petition to bypass:

“While we are disappointed in this delay, we remain confident in the merits of our case, and that the Circuit Court’s decision will be affirmed. We stand strong in our determination to restore the freedom of Wisconsin public service workers to collectively bargain.”
