Premier Management Holdings renewed and expanded into 7,345 SF at Lincoln Center II located at 2514 S 102nd Street in West Allis, WI. Patti Stevens and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, SARA Investment.
The Expert Institute leased 2,751 SF at the Dye House located at 320 East Buffalo Street in the Historic Third Ward. John Davis and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, Singerman Real Estate.
Alliance Health Services S.C. leased 2,500 SF at the Oconomowoc Corporate Center at 1233-1245 Corporate Center Drive in Oconomowoc, WI. John Davis and Steve Pape represented the Landlord, B&B Investment Properties LLC.
BIG Acquisitions LLC (Brennan Investment Group) purchased the 98,600 SF industrial facility at 11925 W Carmen Avenue for $5,225,000. Andy Hess and Derek Yentz represented the Seller, HK Ventures LLC. The facility is 100% leased to Hilmot.
Hand to Shoulder Specialists of WI renewed its 5,481 SF at the Mayfair Professional Building located at 2500 N Mayfair Road in Milwaukee. Kate Hanson and Ned Purtell represented the Tenant.
US Title and Closing Services LLC subleased 800 SF at 515 W North Shore Drive in Hartland. Kate Hanson and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, Charleston Orwig.
Gagnon, Inc. leased 10,200 SF at 2100 E Norse Avenue in Cudahy, WI from Integrated Enterprises, Inc. Brett Deter and Brian Flood represented the Tenant on the transaction.

Tom Treder represented DGR Verona, LLC (Berengaria Investments) in purchasing the 14,000 SF building at 114 S. Main St., in Verona from Michael and Alice Mudler. The purchase price was $900,000.
Derek Pranke represented Envie Nail Spa, LLC in leasing 1,804 SF at the Brookfield Fashion Center (16750 W. Bluemound Rd.) in Brookfield.
Jay Blom and Tom Treder represented Shecterle Commercial Properties in leasing 907 SF to Chiroway Chiropractic at Pilgrim Spring Marketplace (N56 W15560 Silver Spring Dr.), in Menomonee Falls.
Nick Tice represented Diesel Barbershop (Eric Jones / MEJ Ventures, LLC) in leasing 1,257 SF at 2990 – 2998 Golf Ct., in Delafield. Jon Thoresen also represented the Landlord, Delasota, LLC, in this transaction.
